I am Divyeshkumar Ladani, aka div, a Ahmedabad-based User-Centric Designer with more than 6 years of experience in UX and UI Design. As a Designer, my goal is to understand the Business Objectives and then Design the User Experience to align with their User Expectations and Industry Standards. Design Professional with a demonstrated product and e-commerce design history in Audi, Alexander McQueen, Provenance Proof, Opumo, Green Origins, Cilash, Nustone, Aftershock London, es Collection, Bad Norwegian, and many other domains.
To put it in a nutshell, I am a Design Fanatic who works endlessly on creating User Experiences and Interface Designs that are minimal, engaging, and delightful.
Whether it is a mobile platform or a Desktop Application, my primary motive as a UX Designer is to hide the Code Complexity of the platform and present a simpler and attractive UX for the end-users that leads towards a Satisfactory User Experience.
My vision is to help my clients streamline their design processes so that no matter how complex the backed process of the platform is, I deliver an organized and structured design process that enables the clients to deliver User-Centric products with enriched end-user experiences.

I design products that are more than sassy. I make them feasible and usable.
Minimal and functional
Device and user friendly
Efficient and maintainable
I usually work on B2C software; that's my specialty--where I am sassy. But I also have about 6 B2B products in my portfolio. I do end-to-end product design + visuals.
I only charge hourly for my ongoing projects that need work on the regular. One-time projects are charged upfront to keep them transparent and clean! My hourly rate is $15-60; it depends.
I work in Indian Standard Time, but I'm always ready to help out in emergencies, no matter the hour.
Depends on the scope of the project, really. Some projects take less than a week. Some take months. The best way to find out is to get on a quick call with me and discuss it. No strings attached!
I quote a price upfront--so that you know exactly what you're paying and for what, and there are no surprises later. The exact cost of your project depends on the scope and requirements!
I take a problem-forward approach. Whether we're iterating on an existing product or building a new one from scratch, how to solve the user's problem in the simplest way possible is my first concern.
Please send me an email to understand my process in depth!
The best metrics are customer adoption, happiness, task success, and engagement. Several frameworks, such as the System Usability Scale, help us understand the product performance, and I'm happy to help with that.
I always make sure to help out my clients one month after the project ends, for free. For any help, post that, we can work out an ongoing arrangement!
