As a key player in a blockchain-based startup's journey from concept to market, I focused on understanding the target audience and creating KPIs to gauge the product's success. I led the development of the product roadmap towards an MVP, evaluating and testing features while constructing a scalable design system & StoryBook to enable rapid iteration and front-end development.
The Provenance Proof initiative was born out of the need to bring transparency and traceability to the gemstone and jewellery industry. As the first-ever blockchain-based platform, it unravels the journey of each gemstone from rough to finished, providing a transparent and traceable solution for mines, labs, manufacturers, businesses, and customers.
I designed this innovative platform to offer a user-friendly interface that simplifies the authentication process, giving stakeholders a reliable way to uncover the full provenance of any gemstone. By tracking our success through KPIs, we've refined the platform to better address industry and customer needs.
